Event Operations & Management

• Coordinating logistics including site planning, safety, and compliance
• Managing vendors, performers, and volunteers for seamless delivery
• Implementing waste management and sustainability practices in line with council requirements
• Promoting environmentally responsible event practices
• Implementing waste reduction, recycling, and clean-up initiatives
• Working with waste management providers to ensure compliance and cleanliness
